1. Processing Times

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and bank holidays).

  • You will receive a notification via email once your order has been dispatched.

  • Please note: During peak seasonal periods or high-demand product launches, processing times may be slightly extended.

2. Domestic Shipping Rates (UK)

We offer several shipping tiers to ensure your treats arrive when you need them:

3. Delivery Partners

We primarily use Royal Mail and premium local couriers to ensure reliable service. Tracking information will be provided for all Express and tracked Standard orders so you can monitor your delivery in real-time.

4. Perishable Goods & Packaging

Because we sell delicate items like chocolate, we take extra care in our packaging:

  • Temperature Control: During warmer months, we may include additional insulation to prevent melting, though we recommend someone be available to receive the package immediately upon delivery.

  • Damage: If your bars or gummies arrive damaged due to transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and product.

5. Address Accuracy

Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, a re-shipping fee may apply.

6. International Shipping

Currently, we focus on delivering the best experience within the United Kingdom. We do not offer international shipping at this time, but stay tuned as we look to expand our reach in the future.
